PERSONALISED SUPPORT

My approach: Integrative therapy

One size does not fit all. Integrative counselling means I combine techniques from various models to look at you as a whole person - mind, body, and history - rather than just a set of symptoms.

Client Led

I work fluidly - without a fixed structure - allowing your needs to lead each session. I offer focused attention and follow your pace, meeting whatever you share with compassion, empathy, and non-judgmental respect. I believe you to already have your answers. My role as your counsellor is to provide a supportive and holding environment while you find them.

Therapeutic Relationship

My hope is that we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe and supported to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Trauma Informed Approach

I recognise that your past experiences shape how you see the world today, so we work collaboratively at a pace that feels secure for you. My goal is to provide a compassionate, predictable space where you have full control over your story, ensuring you feel supported - never overwhelmed - as we navigate your journey together.

How we begin

  1. Initial Contact

Fill out the form below. I respond within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) to schedule a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to ensure we are the right fit for each other.

  1. First Session

Our first full session is a deep dive into your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. We create a container for your healing.

  1. Ongoing Work

Committing to frequent sessions either in-person in Norfolk or via secure video link. We work at your pace, adjusting our approach as you grow.

I have personal experience of sitting in the 'client chair'. I am a woman who proudly acknowledges my own mental health challenges: obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma, burnout to name but a few. At numerous points in my life, I wasn't sure that I would ever feel ok again, but now I do. I also wasn't sure I even knew who I really was, but then I found myself, hidden behind what I thought I had to be.


I have always worked with people: elderly care; hospitality, customer advisor, but I never felt fully rooted in my careers until now. I remember the moment I chose my path to train in counselling very clearly. I was seeking support, sitting in front of my counsellor each week learning and re-discovering myself and I thought 'this is what I want to do'. I was experiencing the power of being allowed, feeling the freedom of permission, the presence of another listening without fixing, and it led me to being where I am today.

HOW MUCH DOES THERAPY COST?

Standard 50-minute sessions are priced at £50. I believe in making therapy accessible where possible, so I offer a limited number of concessionary slots for students or those on low incomes. Please mention this in your enquiry.

IS MY DATA AND PRIVACY SECURE?

Absolutely. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and adhere to strict GDPR guidelines. All remote sessions are held via encrypted video platforms.

HOW MANY SESSIONS CAN I HAVE?

Each individual requires their own unique number of sessions. I offer open-ended therapy, which means you are fully in control of how many sessions you feel you want and/or need. When you feel like you are ready to end therapy, we will work together to ensure this is brought to a healthy close where you feel confident in moving forward without counselling sessions.
